[0.15.18] l10n fr_FR : misleading Distribuer for Deliver

Hi,

I found "Distribuer" traduction for word "Deliver" on Logistic Networks pane wrong for French (fr_FR).

If the idea is to label the list of things that are currently in flight or currently considered for delivery by the logistic network, then it could be "En cours d'approvisionnement" (can't find shorter precise form). This proposition is correct for requester chests context but may cause problem if the same traduction is used else where (likely at the other extremity : same formulation is not correct for the list of the that will be take off from somewhere). A less precise but short and symmetrical form could be "En vol" (that is litterally "In flight").
