[0.15.18] Stocks from logistic network goes out of screen

Hi,

It seems there is a persistent bad GUI problem without report already done.

Steps to reproduce :
1- start a free play mode new game
2- play until having many diffrent items type stored in the logistic network
3- hover a logistic crate
4- check the right side pane

What I obtain :
Stock volumes partly out of screen.

What I should obtain :
A full view, or a dedicated pane / dialog to logistic stocks, like Trains pane or Car content dialog.

This is a well known thing. Also there already exists a full logistics view: "L".

You may don't leave the partly out-of-screen list IHMO.
A text tip to indicate that Logistic view exists could go there.
Players could think that the game is cranky / unfinished.

Thanks for tip about "L". There is no button on top-right corner for logistic view. I didn't notice it at all since 150h+ hours.
In this view, there is some negative numbers. Might significate items "in fligh", but it is weird.

It was in the 0.15.0 changelog and is in the controls menu.

There are negative numbers in the normal view as well but you can't see them because they aren't on screen due to your resolution.
