[0.15.18] Couldn't create atlas bitmap (crash on start)

No changed settings from day before. Closed game and loaded properly the next time. Log file attached.
A similar issue was reported here (not in bugs), but didn't receive any reply: viewtopic.php?f=49&t=48740&p=282270&hil ... as#p282270

You do not have the same issue I think. Something is wrong with your DirectX installation.

It looks like there is no dx 9 at all.
You need to instal DirectX 9.

Well.. I've been playing the game on this same computer without changes to software for about a week now. This error showed up out of the blue this morning, once. After launching factorio again, didn't resurface. I'll report back if it happens again.

The error is because you're playing with the "high" graphics quality option on an integrated Intel HD graphics card that has no dedicated video memory.
