[15.18] "Install Mods" lacks load animation

When selecting "Install Mods", the UI freezes while it loads the mod list, which can take a while. This makes the game appear to be unresponsive, as if it has crashed. User experience would be improved if there is some hint to user that the game is working, e.g. cursor change to hourglass, or a popup saying "please wait..."

EDIT: "Refresh" button on the "Browse Mods" page has the same problem.

It's a known problem. The mod portal isn't responsive so the game sits waiting for the download to start. It will be fixed when the mod portal is re-written (which should hopefully be soon).
