New Values for Offshorepump and Pipes

Dear Factorio community,
as of right now i am playing with several mods, one is a mod called factorissimo.

To make things short, i have problems getting enough throughput (of water mainly) to my power production factories, right now because of this my hundreds of lasers are undersupplied. (i play on max alien settings).

Is there an easy way to change the maximum throughput of pipe (and underground pipe) and as well storage tanks and the water production of offshore pumps?
Or do you need a "mod" to handle those things?

i think this would not break my safe, ill give it a try, i have no other option, as i would not be able to continue playing this save without a solution.
