15.16 Display Issue

So not sure what to call this and not sure if its a glitch but ever since 15.16 release ive been getting this little window in the top right of my screen it basically shows itself for a half second then disappears I do alt+tab to seen if its from my virus scanner or a windows update but nothings there so I don't know what to call it like I said before I don't know if its a glitch or a bug but when it does happen everything freezes during that time it almost corresponds with the save that happens maybe 30-45 seconds later. ill attach the save file and last auto save to see if you guys can figure it out.

The window like I said before appears in the top right area however it isn't all the way in the corner its more to the midway point but not passing the center and a little down looks almost like a command prompt ..... well that kinda window best I can describe it with how little of it I saw.

Edit had wrong save file for auto lol

Are you running in full screen or windowed?

Sorry for any inconvenience found out it was with MS 10 and not factorio still don't know the cause since it only happens when I play Factorio or when I'm watching a video. further note hard to take a screen shot of something that's more random than anything and only lasts a split second lol. again sorry for the inconvenience of the post as I had no other conclusion at the time due to its randomness
