[15.12] Side panel resizes when robot under mouse

We are aware of them, but they have low priority. We have more important things to do. They go here in order not to take space in the main bug thread list.

[15.12] Side panel resizes when robot under mouse

Just noticed I had a dancing window when I was trying to build an assembly machine.
It is caused by the Logistics robots moving under my mouse.

It's a known issue, and not just for robots. Will be fixed later during GUI review.
