Separated pipes networks

I would like to have pipes mechanic worked just like Cobblestone, Stone and Sand pipes in BuildCraft mod for Minecraft.
Basically we need additionally 2 types of pipes.
Type 1 (actual pipes in Factorio) - can be connected between Type 1 and Type 2 pipes
Type 2 (worked like connector between Type 1 and 3) can be connected between Type 1, Type 2 and Type 3 pipes
Type 3 (second pipes system) can be connected between Type 2 and Type 3 pipes

With that we would have control over pipes system without being forced to waste co much space between them.

i have just added some direction-pipes they dont connect to others, also a pipe-section that allows you to set the flow-direction.
not 100% your wish, but maybe it helps you.
