Crash when opening research

I have a single save-game that crashes when I attempt to open the research panel.
The game itself loads fine, I can continue building, and open building panels, including the lab panel. As soon as I hit 't', the game crashes.

Reverting to autosaves from the same "game" also crash.
Loading saves from another game appear to work fine.

This is Windows x64, v0.29
I can mail in the savegame somewhere if you'd like?

FYI, if anyone else encounters this, the crash is resolved in the new v0.2.10
