Game crashes when open task manager

Hi everyone, I would like to make a contribution to this amazing comunity.
Factorio version: 0.15.14, but it has been happening since 0.15 i belive
Description:
It's simple, when I open task manager, the game crashes.

You use RivaTuner Statistics server. Update it or disable it for Factorio. Old version causes issues on Windows 10 Creators Update.
