Raw resources in sandbox mode + cheat mode

It would be convenient to be able to grab raw resources (iron ore, coal, stone, etc) from the crafting menu when in sandbox mode with cheat mode enabled. I imagine it would be found in a separate tab.

Sandbox Mode should have all in-game items available in the menu and the option for buildings to work with or without power.

I'd settle for the ability to build blueprints in Sandbox mode without needing to first build a roboport, bots, and a heap of whatever the blueprint needs.
