[0.15.15] Power Graph bug with switch?

See screenshot.
Network is a switched network (seperate for green/red circuits), which is turned off right now, because beacons.

Included is also a save file.
Red circuits is not working yet, which is why I noticed it, but up north in green network you can see it switch between normal operation and 'bugged'.

i already ran into that bug and reported it, its only related to not using power and not the circuit network. should be fixed for ..16
