Export blueprint library to older versions

Due to crashes I'm going back to earlier versions. But now I'm loosing all my blueprints because the library has a later version. It would be nice if the whole library could be exported for an earlier version, including warn (and probably skip) about blueprints containing stuff not known for that version. In the case of steam it could change steam to water when exporting to before steam existed.
