I've got one here that I haven't seen anywhere else yet. Running Ubuntu 16.04, and when I start a server with a password, the password is wiped from the server-settings.json, and the server has no password. Was reported to me by someone using our factorio web gui. Tested on my own installation and had the same result.
Unable to find any similar issues in forum, and change logs do not indicate that 0.15 has changed how server passwords work.

Re: [0.15.13] Server Password wiped on server start
Hi, I am not aware of Factorio saving server-settings.json ever, so I don't know how it could wipe it.

ah. I apologize. I've just thought of one instance in our code that may cause something like this.

indeed it had to do with old code on how server passwords were applied. I appreciate your prompt response. I'll be more thorough in my investigation in the future.
