[0.15.13] Desync on join (Factorio RPG)

Desyncs in modded game will be ignored most of the time, until it is clearly proven that the desync is not caused by scripting.

When I was joining the game I got desynced. Attached desync report.

EDIT: Uploaded wrong desync, I will upload new later today.

EDIT2: Uploaded in the last ocmment.

You and the server should update to either .14.23 or .15.13
