Can't update server to 0.15.9

Our server is stuck at 0.15.7 and won't update to 0.15.9 like the rest of us are. We're stuck on the latest, yet the server won't upgrade and we can't downgrade to .7.

Here's a screenshot of my version list.

They all say 0.15.9 on the right side, but the left side has the correct number, but any one of those that I try keeps me at 0.15.9.

How is your server stuck at 0.15.7? You can download 0.15.9 off the main website and update your server any time you'd like.

Versions older than 0.15.9 are no longer available, so you'll have to update.
