Combat Robot Research: Lifespan and Movement Speed

Lifespan research would give more time to deploy high numbers / less frequent deployment & 'waste' of capsules. Two frustrations with robot combat solved with one tech.

Movement speed might be less needed or useful, but still an interesting idea.
