[0.15.12]Setting modules does not cancel blueprint modules

Post by TehHeat »

1. Place the blueprint of an assembly machine with level 3 productivity modules.
2. Let bots place the assembly machine, but do not have the modules available
3. Manually add level 2 productivity modules to the assembly machine
The "missing modules"-symbol does not disappear from the machine even though there is no more space for modules. This could be fine if a lower level of modules is set, which then will be upgraded when the higher level becomes available, but not if for example efficiency modules are set.
4. Make the level 3 productivity modules available
The bots deliver the modules to the machine, find out that it is full and return without replacing the modules.

Thanks for the report,

This isn't a bug, it would be a detriment to many situations if the proxy request was removed automatically by the game,
Such as, the request is for 2 speed modules, and it can fit 4, so you put in 2 by yourself,
Or many other such situation

You can easily deconstruct the request slot, and it will be gone,
And it is such a minor inconvenience to the bots, that they deliver, and fail,
Than the other situation where you will have to replace some blueprint
