Generate power by external means

I've seen people using trianing bicycles and playing Factorio in the same time.

Can we hook a bicycle in a way that when used for in-game power generation?

That will desync the game in multiplayer games, do probably no. Unless you can somehow decode the information via simulated keyboard keys.
