Water well pump still working after bein landfilled

v0.15.12
As title said.
I use Put water pump to feed my nuclear setup with water. Willing to extend the place, i use Landfill to make a clean and regular coast line without removing actual Water Pump and there is still water flowing through the pipe!

That's by design, it even changes its name from offshore pump.
