[0.15.9] Crash on: "FileWriteStream::write"

Hi,

I'm experiencing a crash while playing. It happened twice today doing seemingly different things.

Here's attached the crash log and the save. I'm playing 100% vanilla.

This should be fixed in 0.15.11
