Currently, if you use script to make an entity invulnerable, biters will still try to kill it. They will fail, but you will eventually end up with a bunch of biters in a circle trying to attack the indestructible object, and not getting anywhere.
This makes it difficult to make dummy entities, or otherwise invulnerable entities.
I would request that biters would ignore invulnerable entities, AND allow prototypes to exclude health definitions/set it to zero to result in that entity being created as invulnerable.

Oh. I saw that and it reminded me of this issue. Thing is, I read it as "AOE Damage", like from a grenade, not Area attack, like the Biter Order.
