[0.15.11]Possible Train Path-Finding Bug?

I have a lot of *rings* like this, and sometimes the issue showed in the pic will occur. Not very frequently, about once per 20 minutes.
Is it a bug or something is wrong with my design?

I`belive that`s a bug. Because when I made my stations with names 1, 1, 1, 1, and sent 4 trains to stop at the stations,
Instead of each stop at each station they were all one behind the other as if they were not with free path ......

Into earlier versions of game this error never occured with my stations. When a train located any station with the same name with free path he went to there!
