Where to get more stone for titanium refining?

Where to get more stone for titanium refining? Im going to need a fair bit for belts and such. It seems like the only ore you really need a lot of in bobs mod.

I see millions+ patches of titanium ore all over the map, but only a few 300~500k patches of stone. From what I can tell, 1 stone = 1 calcium chloride + titanium ore = 1 titanium plate?

Any small mods that would provide the extra stone I need? I was thinking of maybe learning basic modding and adding a recipe to turn bauxite and silica ores into stone.

My mod actually increases the availability of stone.

Though if you're using RSO, those changes are likely undone.

honestly though, it sounds more like you've ended up with a strange dice role from the RNG if you have that much titanium.

I use low frequency average richness/size iirc.

It seems like there is still too little stone per titanium, since there is no longer that stone producing 'clean water' recipe?

IMO, being able to scrap some ores as stone might be an option. You'd have to choose a (slightly more useful) ore to turn into stone. Maybe at a 2:1 ratio.

I don't know that recipe. Perhaps you were thinking of something from another mod?

Yea I haven't played in ages (Since like 12.x), maybe it was a dytech thing where you had to clean water and got stone outta it.

There have been quite a few popular mods, I have no doubt that one of them did that.

Yea now I just gotta obliterate large amounts of biters to get to that huge tungsten patch I need for tank mk3.

Oh well, These new explosive artillery rounds will come in handy for that...
