Dedicated server on Mac

I've read the Wiki on multiplayer, and I've also Googled a bunch on the topic.
But I just can't figure out how to host a dedicated server on a Mac.

i would say, NOT Possible at this moment. maybe you know of this Apple-Feature to run virtual-systems
VirtualBox 4 (free)
Parallels Desktop 6 (paid)
VMware Fusion 3.1 (paid)

so you start a virtual maschine on Linux might be the best answer right now.
