[0.15.10] Train signals red for no reason.

I have no idea how this happened. In both pictures the highlighted train is stuck on red train signals that shouldn't be red (the two directly before stop 141 - Copper Plate Unloading). Both signals were fixed by removing and replacing them.

In this picture the bugged signal is red not letting the train exit. There is no reason for it to be red. I took a picture but didn't think to get a save file.


In this picture the same train is on it's way back, but stopped at the chain signal. The bugged signal is on the same track bit as the bugged signal in the first picture. I remembered to make a save this time.
