Balancers that I am relatively proud of are the 3 to 4, 4 to 5 and 4 to 8 belt balancers.
The ugliness award goes to the 8 to 5 belt balancer, it is really hideous.

* Min throughput >= 49.9% (only for balancers with up to 8 input and output belts)

* Smallest footprint that satisfies all the above
