0.15.x Failed to recognize external IP address

Sometimes, when I start the server, I get a message "Failed to recognize external IP address. There may be problems with connecting other players to you".
And very often, my friend xXFarosXx has a game crashing when he plays on my server.

This error is more typically a result of your local network configuration,
such as a router or firewall filtering setting
