[0.15.5][Twinsen] Toggle filter on belt doesn't work

Each time I load the game I cannot enable or disable filtering in any of the belt cells for any item. I fix this by reassigning middle click in the options every time, and it's quite annoying. I suspect this problem appears because I assigned middle click to other actions like picking items and accessing the car, but none of them is GUI-related (it would be reasonable to expect GUI-related actions take priority). However, this problem didn't exist in 0.14 at all, so I've got used to my multi-action middle click. After 0.15 update it's a constant inconvenience. I have no mods installed.

Steps to reproduce:
1. In the options set middle click for entering vehicles.
2. Start a new game.
3. Save it.
4. Exit game completely (important).
5. Load game, load save.
6. Try to toggle filter for belt items.
