If we have blueprints with modded items, when we start a new map and we dont have the mods, an error is throw about removed entities.
Maybe these removed entities alerts from blueprint should be 'silent', not only is annoying but it also took me a good time to figure out what was happening. I though I broked the game since it suddenly started happening in vanilla!

Can you power the crash log? Or do you mean the "removed content" GUI? If you mean the GUI: that's not a bug. The game is showing you what was removed - that's also not an error screen but an info screen.

Yes, the GUI. But its misleading and miss informative.
Suddenly, you are in vanilla seeing missing items when nothing should be missing. I only understood what it was because this time I recognised the names from some of the entities. The first time I was like, what? what is missing?! And it happened just right after I updated to 0.15.9, so I was even more intrigued thinking that something was bugged with the new version.
Even a couple days ago, I was seeing a twitch streamer, Xterminator( you might know him
) complaining about this errors and without a clue what they were...
One thing is loading a map with missing mods, the information is almost self-explanatory since you removed the mods. Another is a missing item from a new map ... just because it is referenced on a blueprint. That is why I say hidden the informations from missing items in blueprints or make it more specific on the information window.

The gui issue when migrating missing blueprint entities should be cleared up in the next release.
