[15.2] multi blueprint delete client desync

Hi,

0. I was playing with a friend, me being the server, he the client.
1. I opened my blueprint book and cleared one blueprint, my friend got a desync.
2. First copy of server logfile
3. My friend reconnects, the savegame seems to be uncompressed. He monitored the network throughput of his slow connection and it was the same as when connecting for the first time. But it took al lot longer.
4. After loading and "syncing" he saw the game for a really short time and than his client crashed
5. Client Logfile
6. He restarted Steam and started factorio again and joined. It was propably compressed because a lot less data were transmitted. After joining his inventory was empty.
7. So he rejoined again, now his inventory was full.
8. 2nd logfile of the server. Its the same as the first one with some more data appended. And amother crash in the end which I will report seperately
