[0.15.10] zh-TW default-font.ttf not found

Bug: cannot launch Factorio in Traditional Chinese (zh-TW). Error is shown:

C:/<Factorio folder>/data/core/locale/zh-TW/fonts/default-font.ttf not found

Steps to reproduce:
1 Change language to Traditional Chinese (zh-TW) either in the options page, or by changing "locale" in config.ini to "zh-TW".
2. Launch Factorio.
3. Observe.

Just encountered this when trying to test locale of my mod.

Thanks for the notice. It is wrong settings of the translation. It should be fixed for 0.15.11
