So I have forgotten how the signals work since on some of my previous playthroughs I didnt use trains.
This time, I have trains but initially I designed my train tracks such that they never cross so I didn´t click on the tutorial things when they popped up on the screen as I had other things to do.
Now my tenth or so train track has no choice but to cross on two other rail lines and I can´t seem to remember how to make the signals work.
So, is there a way to access the tutorials any time on demand or do I need to restart and play until I get trains again?
Accessing the new tutorials when I need them
Re: Accessing the new tutorials when I need them
There's a tutorial button in the top right corner of the UI where they can all be accessed.
Re: Accessing the new tutorials when I need them
oh. I must have been blind
Thank you!
Not only did I find the button but I did get my trains on my actual map working too.
signal before crossroads, chain signal after crossroads is what seems to work.
Thank you!

Chain signal before crossing, normal signal after. Chain signal relays the normal signal forward, and will prevent a train from stopping /in/ the crossing.

OMG a simple explanation that makes sense. <smacks head> that's why my chain signals never worked. Thank you!!!!utoxin wrote:Chain signal relays the normal signal forward
