[0.13.8] Crash on update to 0.13.9 missing Classes.html

Well seems I'm stuck on 0.13.8 until I get a fresh install. Don't know why I don't have a Classes.html in my doc-html folder. I haven't deleted it. Still that shouldn't crash the updater.

If I copy Classes.html from my 0.12 installation I get

Well at least it doesn't CTD because of it that. But why does it care what is written in the doc files at all?!?

The updater does a binary diff update. If a file isn't what the source one was then it doesn't work.

If you're on steam then verify the game files. If you manually downloaded it, just manually download it again.

I get this updating from 15.9 to 15.10.
I have no mods installed, no changes done to any files.
