[0.15.9] Floating cloud-like white bars

I just updated to Factorio 0.15.9 and now I have these big groups of white bars that float across the screen.

Almost looks like it's supposed to be clouds or something and the image files are missing.

Doesn't seem to interfere with game play, other than just being distracting.

This is likely to be a graphics card error, but I'm checking the dimensions of the bars to make sure.

EDIT: If it's a graphics card error, it is for loading some unknown-to-me-right-now sprite into memory or from disk (not a rendering failure). Potentially the ground cloud shadow? What happens if you turn clouds off in the graphics settings?

Looks like a VRAM glitch.
Go to %AppData%\Factorio\ and delete atlas-cache.dat and crop-cache.dat. Restart the game and you should be fine.

Let me know if the problem persists.
