[0.15.9]Inserters Drop on parallel belt based on belt facing

See image. Inserters in line with the belt drop on the right-hand lane of the belt, regardless of the facing of the inserter. I remember this being different, with the inserter always dropping to it's own right-hand side.

Is this behaviour intentional?

This was an intentional change during optimizations a few versions ago. It has been brought up a few times since then with requests to change it back.
