Factorio for IOS fake ?

Just found out 2 games :

and : appshopper. com/games/factorio-2

(remove the space before the .com, since it's my first post I can't post urls)

which looks very suspicious to me.

Is it the real game ?

How comes did thoses to games reach the Apple store without problem?

Are the developpers aware of those products ?

Looks like they used an old Version. (0.12ish) Maybe there's a version thats open source? I mean how else did they get the code?

There was no open source version. Looks like either stolen or knockoff assets.

The basic gameplay is possible to recreate easily enough, a lot of the behaviors are in the lua scripts attached to the entities. Emulate the graphics code, the lua parser, and what isn't in the lua, and you've got a ready to go knockoff.

Contact Apple and get it yanked form the store! Apple have pulled plenty of apps from the store for far less than straight up copyright infringement (which this is). When an Apple employee wakes up in a bad mood they yank a few apps at random just to be pricks.

I'm sure they love nothing more to swing the ban hammer on this.
