boilers are showing 15.00C but are outputting to engines just fine. also the engines are reading 165.00c like they are supposed to be

That seems to be correct. The water temperature is on the input side of the boiler. The boiler heatens the water from 15°C to steam with 165°C. Those two connections on both sides of the boiler can be input and output as well (passing the water from one side to the other side witout heating it). Only the middle connector outputs the heated steam.

aw, i mean i would assume it would show the steam temperature as well. oh well doesn't matter.
