Pump Animation Runs With No Train

In this setup, the animation for the left pump kept running after the train left the station. It did not appear that any fluid was being pumped out of the tank.

Pump will run for a bit to fill itself - if fluid is coming in slowly that can take some time since pump holds 200.

This continued for multiple minutes. The tank it's attached to was not empty.

It may be a rounding issue since it says the pump only has 199 fluid in it.
