[0.15.9]Memory consumption

I've just started Factorio without any mods. Didn't start any games or anything. Just main menu. And it took more than 2GB of memory. Is it right?

setting it back to normal will reduce memory to 1 gb again and yes i can confirm that it uses 2gb when using the HD textures
