Second autosave option to create base "timelapse"

The normal autosaves are good for recovering from mistakes like mis-applying a deconstruction planner.

I would like to see an additional autosave option that makes a series of save files on a timer, with names based on the name of your manually saved game.,

So, if my main save file is "Big map with hard biters no belt attempt", I would end up with saves named like "Big map with hard biters no belt attempt 03h22m" or something like that.

I would settle for a modding interface method to trigger a save with an arbitrary name, so that I could implement this as a mod.

Just increase the autosave:

Edit the config/config.ini file in the Factorio-folder

That's not what I'm asking for. I don't want one map's autosaves to overwrite another's. And I want the per-map autosaves to have a filename based on the map's save name.
