[15.5] Diagonal Tearing while in Full Screen Mode

I am experiencing diagonal tearing while using full screen mode with version 15.5. I do not experience this issue in the stable version of the game. I have tried turning vsync on and off, and have tried opengl mode as well to no avail. I have also tried forcing vsync off using the NVidia Control Panel (which has worked with other games where I have experienced this issue), and that introduces significant horizontal tearing. I have an NVidia GTX 965M with 4GB of graphics RAM and 12 GB of system RAM and am experiencing 60 FPS so I know there is not an issue with my hardware being overly taxed. This happens even on a new, blank map just by walking around.

I thought I should add some more information:

Using Windows 10
Using 15.5 downloaded from Factorio.com in the zip file
The issue does NOT occur when playing in windowed mode, only full screen
Drivers are up to date
I have experienced this issue with other games on this computer, but usually turning off vsync will resolve it. However, in this case it makes the game stutter and have such bad horizontal screen tearing that it is almost unplayable.
Again, with the same system I did NOT experience this issue in 14.x. This is a new issue for the 15.x build.

Please let me know what other information would be needed!

This is an issue with the specific graphics card, a quick search online shows, so I have a feeling this might be 1/0.

Like TruePikachu said, unfortunately this is a problem with your graphics card and windows desktop composition. There is not much we can do.

I understand... Just thought I'd post it since this hasn't happened on previous versions of the game, so I didn't know if something had changed that could have caused it.
