[0.15.6] 2 alertes are show as a unique icon

As show on this sreenshot, when I used 2 programmable speaker to do some alert, only one is show as a icon (the wood). The second one (coal) is only visible on the text fild (test 1) but not as icon.

It's a bug for me, because when you add 'lot' of programmable speaker to do some alerts on the map to manage your base, you only see the first one, and not the other one.
I think we should have one icon alert per speaker, if the icons are different (like alerts for robot, fire ...)

On screenshot, to give a simple exemple, I did 2 programmable speaker who both do a alert si coal or wood >0.
We can see only one icon but the 2 alerts work (as we can see on the text fild when you put a mouse over the alert)

This this done mostly because of how our gui works. Alerts are grouped in categories because adding too many alerts makes it overlap with the other gui elements or go out of the screen.

Our alerts are grouped in the following categories:
1. attack alerts
2. construction alerts
3. logistic alerts
4. custom(programmable speaker) alerts
5. follower robots count

All the alerts from 1 category are grouped to 1 icon.

We might improve the way alerts are shown, but for now, it's not a bug.
