Allow stickers to be attached to player entities, as well as Vehicles, and pretty much any other entity.
Additionally, if the host entity is under the effects of Latency hiding, include the sticker in that effect, so it doesn't lag behind.

Yep. I personally want to use it to display a shield bubble for the player based on the shield's current health of max and when last damage was taken. Currently I am using an Explosion, which is great, as long as you ignore the part where multiplayer's lag hiding results in it lagging behind.
