[0.15.6] Logistic conditions on belts lack virtual signals
When using logistic conditions on belts the category for virtual signals is not show.

There are no virtual signals for logistic networks. Those are for circuit networks only. Unless you're using a mod that adds virtual signals?

How should a virtual signal in the logistic system even be produced?

Looks like I mixed up logistic and circuit mode. 
Though why shouldn't an entity connected to logistic and circuit network not be able to use both?
