[0.15.6] Stuck "missing material for construction" counter
In the attached save the count for amount of accumulators reported in the notification as missing material for construction has been mostly stuck at 601. Sometimes it fluctuates, climbing to maybe 620+ but I haven't seen it go below 601 after I placed the ghosts for the large field of solar panels and accumulators, despite the fact that accumulators are constantly being built and placed.

You've got 700+ accumulators waiting to be built.
The game updates at a fixed rate so it doesn't lag the game out and only processes 1 ghost per tick. The alerts last for 600 ticks so you see roughly 600 alerts.
Once the accumulators are build the alerts will stop - you can filter the deconstruction planner for entity ghosts and see that there are more than 600 ghost accumulators waiting to be built.

Ah, I see. Perhaps the notification could be made clearer in this case? For example, if there are more than 600 ghosts, it would say "600+" instead of a misleadingly precise "601".
