[0.15] blueprint book scrolls to top after every action

Picking up a blueprint from a book will scroll the book to the top. This is really bad because when I want to move a blueprint down or up one slot or just organize my book, I have to pick one up, scroll back to where I was, put it down, then scroll back again to check the order because the scrollbar is always reset.

In Space age, latest version this is still happening when you edit a blueprint in a book that is not at the top of the book. Eg. just changing the name of the blueprint will jump back to the top of the blueprint book when finished editing the blueprint.
