[15.6] Pollution values (debug) not displayed when zoomed in

In 15.6, I press M for the map. I have pollution turned on so I can see the red areas. The issue is when I press F4 and turn on "show-pollution-values". It no longer shows those values when zoomed in. When zoomed out, they all kind of get jumbled together anyway. Should they not stay on when zoomed in?

This is not a bug.
Visualizations from debug menu should show whatever a developer needs to help him or her to solve a bug.
