[0.15.5] Unable to research fluid handling

I'm unsure if this is a bug or a result of my terrible 1024 x 768 monitor but I'm unable to research fluid handling due to the research button being off-screen. I'm able to research pretty much anything else as long as the preview list of what becomes available isn't really long.

Is there some way of fixing this permanently without getting a new monitor or is there any console commands that might help?

Any help is very much appreciated!

I would call that a bug.

The tech tree on the bottom gets scroll bars when you shrink it, but the icon list on top does not.

Please post what UI scale you are using and if you can find a setting that would work.

I was using the default 100% UI scale but turning it to 60% seems to have fixed it. Thanks for the help!

Our official minimum supported resolution is 1280X720. It could be played on smaller resolution with smaller ui scale, but we don't support that officially.
