Reactor graphite control rods
Idea is simple, you make some graphite rods from coal and you slow down reactor fuel usage. 1 rod = 20MW 50% fuel usage, 2 rods = 10MW 25% fuel usage.

I find that a very interesting suggestion.
Should these controls rods be replaced in regular intervals? Or do they function more like modules that you can put into assemblers, i.e. they never expire?
